No all Cheveyo garments are limited and numbered editions. Once a garment is sold out no further production of that garment will be made.

Once you have completed the checkout by entering your personal information, shipping address and payment information you will receive a confirmation email to your email address that will confirm your purchase in total safety.

All our garments are designed, made and produced in Italy. It is very important for us to give a high quality of Italian tailoring.

No, each garment is identified by its own Serial Number.

In each product page you can find the "Size Chart"with the measures of Chest, Sleeve and Body length. All measures shown in the table are in centimeters. If you have any doubts or you want to know other measures that are not reported please contact us at customerservice@cheveyo.it

Yes! All Cheveyo clothing are unisex that embrace the LGTB+ world, every ethnicity, gender, culture, movement, expression. Cheveyo is aimed at a target audience that wants to get out of the schemes of society, routine, monotony. They want to stand out or simply not homologate and thus adopt an alternative clothing.

SHIPMENTS

Of course! You will be sent the tracking code of your shipment via email or directly to your cell phone and you can follow the progress of the shipment on the private portal of our courier DHL, at the following link.

From the moment you receive the order confirmation email your order will be in preparation and shipped within 1/2 days for Italy.

In Europe, shipping times depend on your choice at checkout: Standard (5/6 working days) Express (3/4 working days).

For any doubt, special requests, if you do not receive the order confirmation email or start shipping please check your spam folder or contact us customerservice@cheveyo.it

All shipment are made by DHL.

Of course, we will be in constant contact. You will receive an e-mail/sms from our courier with DHL agreement. We will inform you when your item will leave our warehouses or DHL warehouses, when it will be delivered specifying date and time (you will have the possibility to modify the delivery time according to your needs), when it has been delivered.

The shipment for the return will be borne by the customer. Once we have received the return and implemented the necessary quality controls we will proceed to the immediate refund on the method of payment used previously for the purchase.
