Returns & Refunds

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at customerservice@cheveyo.it.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We would like to point out that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. From the moment we receive your return and after the necessary checks listed above will be our absolute care to start the refund that will be credited to the method of payment used for the purchase within 4 working days.

We therefore advise you to proceed with a new purchase, replacement is not available.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked your return and will let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post your refund.
